Deposits & Card on file

To support our policies, Helium Salon requires a credit card on file for all appointments. A 50% deposit is required when booking and will be applied to your balance on the day of your service.

Late Policy

If a guest arrives more than 15 minutes late, their service may be shortened, or they may need to reschedule. Please let us know if you expect to be late by calling or texting the salon, so we can give you a better idea if we’ll still be able to accommodate your service.

Cancellations & No Showing

We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. Life happens, and we totally understand — but out of respect for our stylists and guests, we ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the service total.

Children

We know finding childcare isn’t always easy and self-care shouldn’t have to wait. While we love giving moms a moment to unwind, children are welcome if you’re unable to find arrangements. We’ll do our best to make sure everyone feels comfortable and cared for.

Refunds and Adjustments

All services at Helium Salon are non-refundable. If you have any concerns, please contact us within 72 hours of your visit  your satisfaction is always our top priority.

Payments

We accept all major credit cards or cash. No personal checks are accepted.
