Credit Card On File

To support our policies Helium salon requires a credit card on file.

Late Policy

If a guest is 15 minutes late, they may be asked to shorten their service time, or be asked to reschedule their appointment to another time. 

Cancellations & No Showing

We have a 24 hour cancellation policy for ALL appointments. We value our guests and their time just as much as we value our staff and their time, therefore if for any reason a guest is unable to make their appointment, please contact the salon to cancel the appointment with at least 24 hours of notice. Without a 24 hour notice given, then 50% of the service fee will be charged to the credit card on file.

Children

Children are welcome when receiving a service, however for the safety of the child, and in respect to other salon guests. We kindly ask that children are not brought along to the guest appointment.

Refunds and Adjustments

Helium Salon's Services are non-refundable. Contact the salon with in 72 hours of your visit if there are any issues. Guest satisfaction is always our Top priority.

Payments

We accept all major credit cards or cash. No personal checks are accepted.
